The Orlando City Academy teams both breezed to big victories against an MLS NEXT rival this past weekend, with both the U15 and U17 sides downing Nashville SC by twin 4-0 scorelines.
The U15s were led by a brace from Zinedine Rodriguez, while Theo Franca and Jackson Platts also got on the board for the Lions. Orlando City currently leads the U15 East (South) Division with five points, though both Atlanta and Charlotte have games in hand.
The defending national champion U17s were buoyed by red hot striker Ethan Subachan, who added two more goals to his tally. Johann Chirinos and Favian Loyola also struck in the blowout win. The U17s are tied with Atlanta on six points in division play.
