Houston took a 1-0 victory over Racing Louisville this past Sunday, when Rachel Daly netted the lone goal of the game. The Dash then played in a midweek matchup against OL Reign on Wednesday night, where the Reign scored early and the Dash were unable to find the back of the net, losing 1-0 at home.

Teammates Rachel Daly and Veronica Latsko lead the Dash with three goals apiece through 16 matches played this season. The Dash also have four players with two assists in 2020.

Head-to-Head

Orlando traveled to Houston earlier this season, the first meeting between the two sides this year. Down 2-0 in the second half, Gunny Jónsdóttir scored her first goal as a member of the Pride, bringing Orlando back within one. However, the Pride were unable to find an equalizer, ending with a score of 2-1 in what served as the Club’s first loss of the year.

Rasmussen Fun Fact

Sunday’s matchup against the Dash will be Orlando’s second nationally-televised game of the season, and the Pride’s only home match to be highlighted on national television. The game will be featured on CBS, after previously featuring on CBS Sports Network on Aug. 22 at Washington.
