COLUMBUS, Ohio (July 25, 2025) – Ramiro Enrique scored a late brace as Orlando City SC (11-6-8, 41 points) rallied to defeat the Columbus Crew (12-5-8, 44 points) 3-1 on Friday night at Lower.com Field.

Following a scoreless first half, Columbus took the lead after being awarded a penalty kick in the 66th minute that Diego Rossi converted. A minute later, Ramiro Enrique entered the match as a substitute and made an immediate impact, scoring a brace in a span of four minutes to reverse the result. Iván Angulo and Martín Ojeda each earned assists on both goals. Ojeda then put the result away in the sixth minute of stoppage time, receiving an incisive through ball from Alex Freeman on a counterattack that the Argentine slotted past Patrick Schulte’s near post to hand Columbus just their second home loss this season.

With his performance tonight, Ojeda reached 25 goal contributions (13g, 12a) in regular season play this year, extending his club-record streak to 10 consecutive MLS games with a goal contribution and surpassing former Orlando City forward Nani for the most goal contributions in a single MLS season. His 25 goal contributions currently rank third overall in the league heading into the remainder of Matchday 27.

The Lions will turn their attention next to Phase One of 2025 Leagues Cup as they get set to host Liga MX side Pumas UNAM this Wednesday, July 30. The match will air live on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV, Apple TV+, FS1, UniMás and TUDN, with kickoff from Inter&Co Stadium set for 8 p.m. ET
