TUCSON (May 31, 2019) - Orlando City B (2-5-3, 9 points) draw 2-2 to FC Tucson (3-4-2, 11 points) on Friday night. Orlando City B hosted Tucson FC on Saturday, March 30 for the first game of the 2019 campaign, falling short 2-1.
Orlando City B’s captain Rafael Santos opened the scoring in the 44th minute off a free kick. This served as his first professional goal. Santos has served as the captain of OCB in the past three contests, helping lead the young Lions to six points in less than a week span.
Midfielder Andre Wheeler-Omiunu equalized the scoring in the 58th minute for Tucson. Tucson took the 2-1 lead with a header from defender Jose Carlos TerrĂ³n.
Orlando City B forward Koby Osei-Wusu equalized the scoring, 2-2, with a near shot on goal, finding the top right corner of the net. He leads the Lions with three goals. OCB return home with one point from Osei-Wusu’s equalizer in the 78th minute.
