ORLANDO, Fla. (June 22, 2023) - Orlando City SC announced today that the loan extension option for 24-year-old winger Iván Angulo was extended at a previous date, meaning the forward will remain with the Lions through the remainder of the 2023 season. Angulo joined the Lions on a 12-month loan from Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras of Brazil’s Série A, with an option to extend an additional six months, on July 25 of last year.
Orlando City returns to action on Saturday, June 24, traveling to face Seattle Sounders FC at Lumen Field. That match will kick off at 10:30 p.m. ET and will be available on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.
