Orlando City SC signs 2026 MLS SuperDraft selection Nolan Miller

ORLANDO, Fla. (Feb. 4, 2026) — Orlando City SC has signed defender Nolan Miller to a first-team contract through theĀ 2026Ā Major League Soccer season, with club options forĀ 2027,Ā 2027–28Ā andĀ 2028–29, theĀ Club announced today. The Lions selected Miller, a University of Michigan product, with the ninth overall pick in the 2026 MLS SuperDraft.Ā

Miller, 21, was a mainstay on Michigan’s back line throughout his four-year collegiate career. He earned Second Team All-Big Ten honors twice (2023, 2025), United Soccer Coaches All-North Region recognition inĀ 2024Ā and a spot on the Big Ten All-Freshman Team in 2022. Miller started every match in both his junior and senior seasons, logging more thanĀ 1,600 minutesĀ each year while contributing key goals and assists.Ā 

Off the field, Miller twice earned Academic All-Big Ten honors and was named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team. Before joining Michigan, he developed within the Columbus Crew U-19 and MLS NEXT Pro environments, as well as with the Vardar U-17 MLS NEXT side.
