Milestones
- Iván Angulo is one assist away from becoming the third player in club history to reach 40 assists in all competitions for Orlando City.
- David Brekalo’s next appearance will be his 80th in all competitions for Orlando City.
- Daryl Dike’s next goal will be his 20th for Orlando City, making him the 11th player in club history to reach that milestone. Dike is two goals away from regaining a spot in the top 10 – he would tie former teammate Tesho Akindele with 21.

- Antoine Griezmann’s Orlando City debut was one to remember. The French legend bagged his first MLS goal as the Lions routed the San Jose Earthquakes 4-0 at PayPal Park in a grand return from the World Cup break. Griezmann went the full 90 minutes while providing a team-high five key passes in addition to his goal.
- David Brekalo, Iván Angulo, and Braian Ojeda were Orlando’s other goalscorers on the night, while Eduard Atuesta notched three assists and Justin Ellis provided two (one primary, one secondary). The Lions have scored four goals in six of their past ten games in all competitions dating back to April 22 and have scored multiple goals in eight of those ten contests. Orlando’s record in those games is 6-3-1 with a +6 goal differential.
- Griezmann could make his first official appearance at the newly-renamed Inter.co Stadium on Saturday night. Griezmann scored in a 6-0 friendly win over the Tampa Bay Rowdies in the City Beautiful earlier this month. This Saturday’s game will be Orlando’s first MLS regular season home game since May 16.
- 2026 MLS All-Star Maxime Crépeau was outstanding in net against San Jose, stopping seven shots and preventing several others that were not recorded due to offsides. The 4-0 win marked Crépeau’s first clean sheet as a Lion and snapped Orlando’s 404-day run without a shutout in MLS regular season play.
- Orlando City was all over the MLS Team of the Matchday, placing a league-best four players on the XI, including Griezmann, Atuesta, Brekalo, and Crépeau.

Meet the opponent: Nashville SC
- After knocking off second place in the West on Wednesday, Orlando welcomes in the side sitting at the very top of the Supporters’ Shield standings this Saturday. Nashville SC sit five points clear of Inter Miami with 39 points, sporting a 12-1-3 record after back-to-back 1-0 wins over Atlanta and Montréal in the post-World Cup restart. The Coyotes have won five regular season matches in a row for the first time in club history.
- Nashville thrashed a notably very different Orlando team earlier this year, winning 5-0 at GEODIS Park on March 21. Orlando has shipped five in each of its last two visits to Nashville, but things have been much better at home, where the Lions have won the fixture in each of the past two seasons.
- Striker Sam Surridge had a hat trick in the March game, boosting his career tally against Orlando to five goals in as many matches. Surridge has 10 goals in just 638 league minutes this year, including a penalty kick winner against Montréal on Sunday.
- Surridge’s strike partner Hany Mukhtar is tied with Ignacio Piatti and Josef MartÃnez for the most goals ever scored against Orlando (all competitions) with 10, though he bizarrely did not get on the scoresheet in the 5-0 match in March. Mukhtar has 7g/7a in 13 MLS regular season matches against Orlando City.
