Match Report: Orlando City B Falls 3-0 to New England Revolution II

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (July 20, 2025) – Orlando City B (7-8-3, 26 points) fell 3-0 to New England Revolution II (7-4-5, 30 points) at Gillette Stadium on Sunday afternoon. The loss split the season series with New England and marked the first loss in four matches for the Lions.

Two of New England Revolution’s three goals came in the second half after midfielder Gevork Diarbian opened the scoring in the 18th minute. OCB goalkeeper Carlos Mercado saved a penalty kick in the 29th minute to keep his side in the match before Diarbian secured a brace with a penalty kick of his own six minutes into the second half. Forward Alex Monis added a third for the Revs II in the 78th, just one minute after coming on as a substitute.

Up next, Orlando City B will look to bounce back as it continues a two-game road trip, traveling to Alabama to take on Huntsville City FC on Friday, July 25. Kickoff is set for 8 p.m. ET at Wicks Family Field in Huntsville, with the match streaming live on MLS Season Pass via Apple TV.
