Starting XI: How the Orlando Pride line up as they play out west against the Portland Thorns

PORTLAND, Ore. — The lineup for the Orlando Pride has dropped ahead of their West Coast matchup with the Portland Thorns.

After clinching the NWSL Shield, Head Coach Seb Hines has opted to rotate many players with lots of minutes under their belt this season. Emily Sams, Morgan Gautrat, Marta, Barbra Banda and Adriana will be available off the bench, while Carrie Lawrence, Summer Yates, Julie Doyle, Ally Watt and Evelina Duljan get the start in their place.

This marks Duljan's first NWSL league start in her career and her first start with the Pride since the Summer Cup against Racing Louisville on Aug. 1.

For Lawrence, it's her first start since July 6 at the Kansas City Current.

On the bench, Haley McCutcheon returns after missing the last few matches.
