Venue: Audi Field, Washington, D.C.
Competition: NWSL Regular Season

The Story:
- The Pride extended their unbeaten streak to start the 2024 NWSL regular season to five games after the Club’s win over the San Diego Wave last week. It is the second time in team history the Pride have started the season unbeaten through at least five games, the first time coming back in 2021, where they started the season going seven matches without a loss
- Forward Summer Yates scored her second goal of the season last week against the Wave. Yates is one of only four NWSL players to be involved in the buildup to eight or more shots per 90 minutes.
- A goal against the Spirit will be the 10th consecutive game the Pride have scored in, which will set a new Club record for most consecutive games with a goal.
Quote of the Week:
“It’s a tough game, Washington. Unbeaten in their last four with four wins. It's a tough environment to go to, but we’re prepared. Every game has different challenges. We know the threat that Washington has with the personnel that they have in that front line. But we have some dangerous players ourselves. It will be a good challenge for all of us and hopefully an entertaining game.”
- Head Coach Seb Hines
