But they haven’t won a match since then. The Breakers are coming off back-to-back matches against the Portland Thorns. The Boston Breakers drafted Rose Lavelle at the #1 slot in the 2017 NWSL Draft. And Lavelle has performed. She has two goals and an assist in her seven games. Despite Boston’s strong talent, they have struggled to perform consistently. Their midfield has been shutout twice in their last five matches.
